Orders received by 3 PM coast to coast (Monday thru Friday) are shipped within 24 hours. Orders received during the weekend are shipped on Monday.
We ship via US Postal Service and UPS. We choose the best carrier based on the shipping address given. If you have a preference for a carrier, please let us know. When shipped via the postal service, your package is usually delivered to your mailbox and you do not have to be home to sign for it. Yes, we ship to all PO Box addresses and military APO/FPO addresses.
For in stock items, 100% of orders received by 3 PM local time coast to coast will be shipped out within 24 business hours. Orders received after these times are shipped out within 36 business hours. Orders received during the weekend are shipped on Monday. For items not in stock, order processing can take an additional 7-12 business days. To ensure that you receive your products as quickly as possible, your order may be split into multiple shipments at no additional cost to you.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, for any reason, simply return the product(s) to us within 60 days from the date your order was delivered to you. Product(s) must be accompanied by the original invoice to be eligible for a refund. Products must be in their original packaging, in resalable condition, accompanied by the original invoice, and received by us before the end of the 60-days deadline to be eligible for a refund. We regret that we cannot refund the actual shipping charges incurred by us to ship your order to you.
How do I exchange a product I ordered?
If you received a product in error, please let us know by email and we will ship out the right product to you and send you a prepaid envelope to return the incorrect product back to us. If you changed your mind and wish to exchange the product you ordered for a different product, please email us to discuss options that might better suit your particular situation.
How do I cancel my order?
If you wish to cancel your order, please email us immediately to let us know as soon as possible and we will let you know if it is possible to cancel the order. Orders once shipped cannot be cancelled and can only be returned for a refund less shipping charges.
How can I make changes to my order?
Because most orders are processed and prepared for shipment soon after they are placed, you are encouraged to email us immediately to make changes to your order before they are shipped. We regret that we will not be able to make any changes to the order once it is shipped. If you would like to add products to your order, please call us and we will ship you the additional products at no extra cost to you.
